The teaching path
Four practices, one continuous ascent
Read these as a sequence: awaken energy, refine action through kriya, master the breath, and rest as bliss.
Energy & awakening
Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini is the coiled cosmic energy — Shakti — resting at the base of the spine. Through mantra, breath, and precise kriyas, this dormant force rises through the seven energy centers, clearing blockages and illuminating awareness from Root to Crown.
It is for seekers who feel called to awaken vitality and clarity without rushing the process — householders, creatives, and anyone ready to meet themselves with courage and care.
A typical session weaves warm-up, breathwork, a kriya set, mantra, and short meditation so the nervous system integrates what rises.
- Awaken Shakti safely & steadily — never by force
- Harmonize the seven centers as living gateways
- Build stamina, focus, and emotional resilience
- Open compassion as energy moves through the heart
Seven energy centers
- Root → Crown: survival, creativity, will, love, truth, insight, union
- Practice rises energy steadily — never force an awakening
- Mantra + breath + kriya clear the path through each gateway
Lineage & practice
Kriya Yoga
Kriya Yoga is the sacred science of conscious breath and action, preserved through the lineage of Mahavatar Babaji and brought to the modern world by Paramahansa Yogananda. It accelerates self-realization by refining prana, quieting restless thought, and uniting the seeker with the Divine within.
Ideal for dedicated practitioners who want a direct, technique-rich path — devotion married to method — rather than vague inspiration alone.
Sessions emphasize preparation, kriya breathing along the spine, interiorization, and a closing period of silence so realization can settle.
What a path offers
- Speed with depthConscious breath shortens the distance between effort and insight
- Lineage continuityBabaji → Yogananda transmission of living technique
- Daily sacred actionEvery inhale becomes prayer; every exhale becomes surrender
- Inner stillnessRestless mind softens as prana is refined and guided
Breath as bridge
Breathing Techniques (Pranayama)
Pranayama is the art of riding the life-force. By lengthening, retaining, and refining the breath, we calm the nervous system, dissolve the grip of the ego, and restore natural vitality. Still breath invites still mind — and in that stillness, insight arises without force.
For anyone carrying stress, scattered attention, or a sense that the body feels like a burden — breathwork rebuilds the bridge between physiology and spirit.
Practice often starts seated and steady: awareness of natural breath, then alternate-nostril balance, gentle retention, or fire breath — always matched to capacity.
Concrete benefits
- Calms fight-or-flight patterning
- Sharpens focus without strain
- Balances emotional weather
- Restores natural vitality
- Softens ego’s tight grip
- Prepares body for meditation
The fruit of practice
State of being Blissful (Ananda)
Ananda is not escapism — it is the natural fragrance of a mind rooted in presence. Through mindfulness, meditation, and sacred living, we taste Sat-Chit-Ananda: existence, consciousness, and bliss as one seamless truth.
This teaching is for practitioners who have tasted glimpses of peace and want them to become a stable way of being — not a weekend peak.
Integration looks like shorter sits done daily, mindful pauses in ordinary work, and returning to breath when the mind spins stories.
How bliss shows up
- Inner peace becomes portable across rooms and roles
- Joy depends less on circumstance and more on presence
- Mindfulness turns ordinary moments into practice
- Sat-Chit-Ananda is tasted as lived experience, not concept
- Bliss is recognized as already beneath the noise
